IT IS OK. Yesterday was the last day for my “home school” work to be sent, so now I can focus on coming back here and above all going back to a really healthy lifestyle. I haven’t been so unhealthy but I ate some things that before I would never eat like candies and cakes, and not just one, but a lot :s I am glad I haven’t took any weight but my body doesn’t look like when I was doing this.
Since a couple of days I stopped eating shit, I eat less because it’s fucking hot and when it’s hot I need cold things and I try to do my possible to start doing sport again. I started in my room before going to bed a couple of days ago, like 10-15 minutes exercises. I feel better when I’m doing sport.
Now this afternoon I’m gonna try to do some stationnary bike outside (I own one, so I just put it on my terace so I can slim down and tan at the same time.). Doing it is cool because everytime my legs are more tanned than when I just lie down.
I’m happy to be here again and to be motivated again, I hope I won’t give up ! Hope everyone’s good !
(PS: I’m 17 since May, 23rd yay !)
